The Silicon Optix Image AnyPlace is a high performance Video Scaler with Image Geometry Correction capability, implemented using the Silicon Optix sxW1-LX.

In the Image AnyPlace, Silicon Optix provides the AV Professional or Home Theater Enthusiast with the widest range of input signals (SDTV, HDTV and RGB and DVI), and the highest quality of scaling and de-interlacing available in any Scaler product, along with the unique, breakthrough feature of Image Geometry Correction.

Image Geometry Correction opens up a whole new world of creative AV applications. With Image Geometry Correction, installers and projector users are free to position their projectors ANYPLACE™. With correction for off-axis projection in 2 dimensions (2 dimensional Keystone Correction), projectors may be mounted at the top, bottom or either side of the projection screen. In addition, images may be projected onto cylindrical, spherical, or even completely irregularly shaped objects.

Two versions are available, designated ImageAnyPlace (Part # IA-100)   and Image AnyPlace_EX   (Part # IA-100_EX). 

Image AnyPlace includes basic keystone correction for projection onto a flat surface. 

Image AnyPlace_EX includes all of the de-interlacing, switching and scaling, and Keystone Correction features of IA-100, and adds the powerful eWarp Designer Image Geometry Correction software.    Using eWarp Designer, more sophisticated keystone correction is enabled through the 4 corner click method (which adjusts for projector rotation, screen tilt, screen slant and all other flat surface projection problems).   In addition, eWarp Designer adds the ability to correct for projection onto curved, cylindrical, domed and even irregular surfaces.

The Image AnyPlace is available in a 14 x 9 x 1.75 inch desktop package. Its 1U height enables it to conveniently fit within a rack system using provided rack mount brackets.
